The Team

Outbound Owner & RN

Brooke Baldwin was born and raised in the heart of the Columbia Gorge in Hood River, OR. With years of experience as an Emergency Nurse and a passion for Wilderness Medicine, she now brings her expertise to concierge-style wellness. Brooke offers IV Infusion Therapy, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and medical Botox all designed to help clients optimize their health, stay properly hydrated, and look and feel their best all without stepping foot into a traditional medical facility. Her mission is to create a new standard of health and wellness that supports safer outdoor adventures and a vibrant lifestyle.

On her days off, she will be outside enjoying a skiing or diving adventure, world traveling, mountaineering, riding motorcycles, on a medical mission, or relaxing with family and friends.   

Hair Stylist

Kalyn Benaroya specializes in natural texture hair cutting, personalized styling and lived in color. Her ability to read the texture of your hair and understanding of your lifestyle, makes her styles and colors suitable as well as long lasting.

When she is not in the salon she is running Dirtastic, riding her dirt bike & mountain bike, playing with her pup Twiggy, winging, surfing and traveling to warm destinations.

Esthetician

Ellieana Bounds is passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident in their skin. She specializes in sensitive skin & acne. Struggling with these skin concerns herself is what sparked her passion for wanting to help others navigate their journey to happy & healthy skin. With 2 years of experience in performing facial treatments, she’s really honed in on what products & services will help your skin. Her eagerness to learn & consistently expand her knowledge has aided her in bringing you the newest skincare technology/treatments to her clients. 

When she isn’t working, Ellieana can be found traveling or finding new & fun activities to do with friends & family. Being the 6th generation born and raised in the valley, she loves to travel out of town to discover exciting new places. The coast is her home away from home. Some of her other hobbies include going to the gym, reading, crocheting, dancing, cooking/baking, and spending time outdoors.

Nutritionist / Accountability Coach

Tori Thompson has held a long-standing and curious affinity for science and the microscopic unseen world that resides all around us and within us. As this affinity grew over time, she found that as much as she loved microbes and metabolites…she loved people more! Her work aims to provide digestible information (and foods!) about micronutrients and the types of foods you can incorporate daily, to set your cells up to not merely survive, but to thrive.

Academically, Tori holds a Masters of Science in Nutrition Science from the National University of Natural Medicine. She is trained to assess client diets and use nutrition to help manage conditions like pre-diabetes, diabetes, metabolic snydrome, chronic kidney disease, IBD, IBS, SIBO, as well as supporting fertility optimization and hormone health

Acupuncturist

Rachel Moore-Beitler holds her Master of Acupuncture degree from the Institute of Taoist Education and Acupuncture where she graduated in May 2014. This four­ year program consisted of over 2,000 hours of education including over 600 hours of clinical practice.

Rachel is certified as a Diplomat of Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is licensed to practice in the state of Oregon. She is certified by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (CCAOM) in Clean Needle Technique. She has also been trained in the AcuDetox protocol for auricular points.

Chiropractor

Dr. Jen Morrow, DC, earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois. After spending a year in Perth, Western Australia, where she met her husband, she chose to return for four years to complete her Chiropractic education.

Some of her extracurricular involvement while in school included treating families in rural India, professional surfers in South Africa, and working as an intern to the Seattle Mariners baseball team. Upon graduation, Dr. Morrow worked in a busy family wellness practice on the Sunshine Coast of Australia before returning to the U.S.

​Hood River had been beckoning Dr. Morrow to return for nearly a decade. She settled back in the Gorge with her husband and two children, where they enjoy all the NW offers in terms of outdoor lifestyle.

Chiroprator

Dr. Jessica Budjac, DC, CCSP®, is committed to providing effective, quality care for the whole body. She utilizes a variety of modalities to promote a stable and functional body through all phases of healing, from acute injury to chronic pain.

Dr. Budjac believes each patient should be evaluated on an individual basis and as such, treatment is personalized to accommodate distinct needs.

​As a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® (CCSP®), Dr. Budjac is rendered proficient in the prevention and treatment of athletic injuries having enhanced diagnostic skills and patient care with postdoctorate coursework.

​Dr. Jess has continued to expand her knowledge and skill set with advanced education in a variety of treatment styles, rehabilitation techniques and movement-based systems. She believes in educating and empowering each patient to take an active role in their health.

Dr. Jess has a passion for and is excited to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds – from athletes and pregnant folks to elders, children and infants.

Chiropractor

Dr. TJ Vanidestine, DC, was born and raised in a chiropractic family in Maine. The oldest of 5, Dr. TJ cultivated an interest for helping others at a young age. This passion combined with a curiosity for adventure led Dr. TJ to the Pacific Northwest. Graduating from the University of Western States Chiropractic College in 2016, Dr. TJ has practiced in Oregon and Hawaii.

He is an energized and enthusiastic body specialist. His greatest clinical reward is teaching others to understand the source of their pain, their bodies compensation patterns, and the importance of healthy movement.

When out of the office you may see the doctor admiring the simplicity of great food at the farmers market, appreciating nature with his wife and 3-year- old twins, or testing the speed barrier getting his turns in at Post Canyon and Meadows.

HRT Specialist/Medical Director

Sarah Martin, FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Kansas native with extensive nursing experience in Surgery, Intensive Care, and Nephrology. She brings her passion for patient-focused care to Outbound Wellness, helping men and women safely and effectively optimize hormones and support healthy weight management.

As a BIOTE Certified Provider, Sarah specializes in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), crafting personalized, science-backed hormone plans that go beyond standard care. Her focus is on empowering clients to feel stronger, healthier, and more energized at every stage of life.

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Debra Short MSN, FNP-BC is dedicated to providing quality Cosmetic Medical and Facial Aesthetics to the greater Columbia Gorge and surrounding regions of Washington and Oregon. Debra holds a Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) and is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). She works as an independent Medical Practitioner and Aesthetics Provider and is sole owner and provider for White Salmon Family Practice. She has served as a cardiac and critical care nurse, as well as Director for the Cardiac and Catheterization Laboratory for Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital in Salinas, California, for 30 years. She is licensed to practice medicine and medical aesthetics in Washington, Oregon and California and has been providing family medicine services, medical aesthetics and cosmetic medical in Washington and California since 2011.

Medical Director/Owner

Dr. Benjamin Rader, DO, is a compassionate and experienced physician dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health, mobility, and overall well-being. An Oregon native with a deep appreciation for the Pacific Northwest, he began his journey at Oregon State University before earning his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Kirksville College in Missouri. His passion for hands-on healing led him to complete his residency in Emergency Medicine at SUNY Buffalo, where he honed his skills in high-pressure environments. Since 2014, he has been making a difference in the lives of his patients, combining expertise with a down-to-earth, patient-centered approach.

Beyond emergency medicine, Dr. Rader has a strong passion for Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, a skill he has cultivated since medical school. He takes pride in helping patients overcome acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving long-term function to live life fully.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Rader embraces the beauty of the outdoors. Whether fly fishing in a quiet river, playing a round of disc golf, or exploring nature with his family, he finds joy in the simple moments that keep him grounded and connected to the world around him.
